Inside Horse Racing Trader.

Four AI engines. Race Guardian. Trading DNA. A 16-strategy library. Built in layers so each component compounds the others.

Engine 01

Live Trade Thesis

Rolling Market Narrative — always on

While you watch the ladder, the Trade Thesis engine watches the market structure. It runs a continuous Claude analysis of WOM, queue depth, price velocity, and liquidity distribution — and generates a rolling narrative in institutional voice.

When a setup matches a pattern in the 16-strategy library, a Trade Thesis card surfaces in the AI Intelligence Stream with a specific entry price, target tick, stop condition, and invalidation criteria. Not a generic "looks interesting" — a grounded trade idea with a framework.

If the market changes and the thesis is invalidated, the card updates. If the trade hits target, the engine notes it and looks for the next setup. The narrative continues throughout the race.

Trade Thesis — Example Output

Strategy: Pre-Off Compression

Setup: Ruler Of The World has held 3.25 for 4 minutes with layoff pressure easing. Liquidity wall confirmed at 3.20. Volatility low.

Entry: Back at 3.25

Target: Lay at 3.15–3.20 (3–4 ticks)

Stop: Price trades through 3.30 on volume

Invalidation: Sustained WOM shift to lay-side above 60%

Engine 02

AI Pre-Race Brief

Bloomberg-grade dossier, 3 minutes before each race

Three minutes before each race goes off, the AI Pre-Race Brief generates a structured intelligence dossier for the race. Not a probability table — a trader's briefing document.

The brief covers: race profile (field size, class, going), liquidity rating (expected volume and depth), volatility expectation (how much price movement to expect pre-off), trading environment recommendation (scalp, swing, or avoid), and a 2–4 runner watch list with structural reasoning for each.

The brief is designed to be read in 60 seconds. By the time you've read it, you know the opportunities, the risks, and the runners worth watching.

Pre-Race Brief — Example Output

Ascot 14:30 — 8 runners, Class 2, Good to Firm

Liquidity: High — expect £180K+ matched pre-off

Volatility: Medium — 5–8 tick pre-off range likely on market leader

Environment: Swing-friendly. Compression setups probable. Scalp on shorter-priced runners.

Watch list: Ruler Of The World (compression candidate), Dark Destroyer (drift risk from 8/1), Northern Star (late money watch)

Engine 03

Liquidity Interpreter

Microstructure intelligence — continuous

The Liquidity Interpreter watches the order book in real-time, running pattern detection that operates at a frequency no human can match. It classifies money as sustained vs flash, flags spoof patterns as walls appear and disappear, scores queue stability, and raises liquidity vacuum alerts.

These are the reads professional scalpers develop over years of watching markets. The Liquidity Interpreter surfaces them as structured signals in the AI Intelligence Stream, freeing you to focus on execution rather than classification.

Spoof detection in particular is valuable: a large lay wall that the AI classifies as a probable spoof is structurally different from a genuine support wall — and the trade decision should reflect that.

Engine 04

Trading DNA + Session Review

Personal performance analysis — compounds over time

Trading DNA is the long-game engine. It builds a model of your trading behaviour over time — which strategies you execute well, which you over-trade, where your edge is strongest, and where you bleed.

After every session, a Session Review fires. Not a P&L summary — a structured Claude analysis of your session with specific, actionable insights. After 50 trades, patterns become visible. After 200, your personal trading fingerprint is mapped.

After 6 months, you have a compound picture of your edge that no other racing trading software provides. This is the layer that separates professional traders from the ones who flat-line.

Risk Protection

Race Guardian

19 risk rules. Behavioural intelligence. Kill switch.

Race Guardian is the risk layer underneath everything else. It runs 19 configurable protection rules and monitors your exposure in real-time.

The rules cover: daily loss limits, per-race liability caps, in-play block, maximum stake size, consecutive loss thresholds, drawdown protection, and more. Each rule is configurable in your Settings. When a rule triggers, Race Guardian blocks the trade or exits your position — depending on how you've configured it.

The kill switch is the one you reach for when you know something is wrong. Single press, all orders cancelled, new orders blocked until you explicitly re-enable. No confirmation dialog.

Pattern Recognition

16-Strategy Library

Encodes how professional racing traders read setups

The strategy library encodes 16 recurring market patterns that professional racing traders have recognised and traded for years — steam scalps, drift fades, pre-off compressions, spoof fades, liquidity walls, flash money scalps, and more.

The AI Trade Thesis engine pattern-matches live market state against these strategies in real-time. When a match is found, the Trade Thesis card surfaces with a strategy-grounded trade idea.

The library is also available in your settings for review — each strategy with its entry conditions, risk rating, and typical market context.
