1.Nature of exchange trading

—Lay positions create liability greater than your stake. A £10 lay at 6.0 creates £50 maximum liability.

—Betfair's commission applies to net winnings on each market. This affects P&L calculations.

3.Past patterns do not predict future outcomes

The strategy library, Trading DNA patterns, and Session Review insights describe historical market behaviour and your past performance.

—Past patterns identified by AI analysis do not guarantee they will recur.

—Historical strategy performance does not guarantee future results.

—Edge in any market can erode. Conditions change. Strategies require ongoing evaluation.

4.Service availability

Horse Racing Trader is software, not a brokerage. The Service may experience delays, interruptions, or failures arising from internet infrastructure, Betfair API issues, or AI processing latency.

—You must maintain direct access to your Betfair account as a fallback at all times.

—Do not rely solely on Horse Racing Trader for order management during live positions.

—Bug Hutch Ltd is not liable for losses arising from service unavailability or third-party outages.

5.Responsible trading

—Only trade with money you can afford to lose in its entirety.

—Set daily loss caps using Race Guardian and honour them.

—Use the kill switch immediately if you feel you are losing discipline.

—Take regular breaks. Fatigue increases trading errors.

—If trading is negatively affecting your finances or mental health, stop and seek support.
