Setting up your account
How to create your HRT account, confirm your email, and start your 7-day free trial.
Creating your account
Go to the HRT sign-up page and enter your email address and a password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters. Your email address becomes your login — use one you check regularly, as it is also where subscription notices and important security alerts are sent.
After submitting the form, check your inbox for a confirmation email. The link inside it is valid for 24 hours. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Some corporate email systems filter transactional messages — if the confirmation still does not arrive, contact support.
Email confirmation
You must confirm your email before you can log in. This is a security measure that protects your account and ensures you have access to the address on file. If the confirmation link has expired, return to the sign-in page and use the Resend confirmation email link.
Your first sign-in
Once confirmed, sign in with your email and password. You will be taken to the trading terminal. Your 7-day free trial starts automatically at this point — no credit card is required to begin.
During the trial period you have full access to every feature: the trading terminal, all five AI engines, Race Guardian, and all 16 strategy articles. There are no artificial restrictions on trial accounts.
The 7-day free trial
The trial runs for exactly 7 days from your first confirmed sign-in. At the end of the trial period, access to the terminal and AI features is suspended until you add a payment method.
No card details are collected during sign-up. You will not be charged without explicitly adding a payment method in `Settings → Subscription`.
Adding a card to continue
To continue after your trial, go to Settings → Subscription and click Add payment method. This opens a secure Stripe-hosted form. HRT never sees or stores your card number — it goes directly to Stripe's payment infrastructure.
Once a card is added, your subscription activates immediately at £37/month, billed monthly from that date.
Changing your password
If you need to change your password, go to Settings → Account or use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page. A reset link will be emailed to your address.
