Pricing and the 7-day free trial
What HRT costs, what is included in the trial, and how to activate your subscription.
The 7-day free trial
Every new Horse Racing Trader account starts with a 7-day free trial. The trial begins automatically when you confirm your email and sign in for the first time. No credit card or payment information is required to start.
During the trial you have full, unrestricted access to every feature in the platform:
- The live trading terminal with full ladder functionality
- All five AI engines (Live Trade Thesis, Pre-Race Brief, Liquidity Interpreter, Trading DNA, Value Detector)
- Race Guardian safety system with all 19 rules active
- The full 16-strategy library
- Trading DNA (subject to its standard unlock thresholds of 20 and 50 trades)
- All settings and preferences
There are no watermarks, degraded features, or restricted race coverage during the trial. What you experience in the trial is the full product.
After the trial
At the end of 7 days, access to the trading terminal and AI features is paused. Your account data, trade history, and preferences are retained. To continue, go to Settings ā Subscription and add a payment method.
You will receive an email reminder 24 hours before your trial ends. If you are not yet ready to subscribe, you can simply let the trial lapse ā your account will not be charged and your data is kept for 12 months.
Ā£37 per month
Horse Racing Trader costs Ā£37 per month, billed monthly. There is currently no annual billing option, though this may be introduced in the future.
The monthly subscription covers:
- Unlimited trading sessions
- All AI engine requests (subject to rate limits designed to ensure quality, not restrict access)
- All future feature updates rolled out during your subscription period
- Email support
No partial refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly and are non-refundable for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the paid period, after which your account downgrades to inactive. You are not charged again after cancellation.
Adding your payment method
To add a card after your trial:
1. Go to Settings ā Subscription
2. Click Add payment method
3. Complete the Stripe-hosted payment form (your card details go directly to Stripe ā HRT does not store them)
4. Your subscription activates immediately
Your billing date is set to the day you add your card. Invoices are sent to your account email address after each successful payment.
